Returns


Can I return orders?

Of course. We have a 14 day return policy. That means the buyer has 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at studio@gravur-concepts.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you the shipping information for the return. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have any questions about returns, you can contact us at any time at studio@gravur-concepts.eu. We process returns as quickly as possible, within 2-3 days you should receive feedback from us on the next steps. After receiving the return, we will take care of sending the replacement item or refunding the purchase price within 2-3 days.


Defective Items
Returns of faulty items will be accepted if the goods were already faulty when delivered to you. We thoroughly check all products for possible defects before dispatch, but of course sometimes it could happen that we overlook something or that despite great care, damage occurs during transport. We will replace the faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you would like a replacement item to be sent, please let us know when you contact us (Mail: studio@gravur-concepts.eu) about the return. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, you may choose to receive a store credit or a refund equal to the item's value at the time of purchase plus shipping costs incurred.


Exchange Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. But you can return items to us by arrangement and then make a separate new purchase for the new items.


Packages not collected
For packages that are not collected from a post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you the handling fee to cover return shipping and administration costs.


Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Then we can also tell you at the latest whether the refund has been approved or not. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
